consultancy offer. (for NON Face to Face consulting)- Based on
popular demand by applicants from Chennai, Hyderabad,
Bangalore i.e. candidates down south and Pune, Mumbai we are now offering HSMP
consulting for you all without the need of personal meetings.
[ * For this service our fee
is down
from normal fee as our personal presence in these cities is not
there. We charge a reduced fee of Rs. 29,000 (excl. tax) from single
applicant - additional Rs. 4000 chargeable at time of dependent
application -if applicable. This fee excludes Visa fee
charged by UK immigration ] . Fee payable in installments
as per the Fee Schedule:
1. Bank transfer or current cheque of 65% of fee
before beginning any case specific consultation. Also a PDC dated
approx. 1 months from predicted/ probable date of filing has to be
provided. This is simply for security and obviously cannot be
deposited before the cheque date. This will be exchanged for a
current cheque / bank transfer of 2nd installment of 35% once the
candidate has successfully got the visa. (payment within 1 week of
completion of visa processing.)
2. Standard refund of 80% of our total fee applicable in case of
rejection.* In case of review, review option is first exhausted
(filed free of charge) before refund of fee. 3.
Visa fee charged by embassy shall be payable directly by you at time
of filing when you visit the processing center.
4. Any Post Landing and Job search assistance
if offered shall ONLY begin after payment of 2nd and final
installment.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Long Distance Tier 1 Guidance is
only on offer for those NOT applying from locations where our
offices are based. Currently we have office in Delhi/ NCR although we are
planning to open office in Mumbai soon.
2. The Long Distance Tier 1 Guidance does
include job search assistance post landing guidance and full HSMP
guidance. The only difference is that there is an additional effort
on part of candidate in collating his documents as guided by us. A
mockup of how the documents are to be arranged (as even this is very
important ) when submitting and what all can be asked during
submission will be told. While we can personally not be
present during submission with the candidate or guidance will be
exhaustive which will ensure that the case details, case
explanations and all documents are submitted properly.
3. Our standard refund terms of 80% of our
total fee (BHC visa fee is non refundable) being refundable (in case
of refusal after exhausting the review possibility ) will be
applicable here as well.
4. This tier 1 service can completed to the normal
face to face hsmp tier-1 visa consultancy offered in Delhi/NCR ONLY
after paying of difference between the two service types. For
example, if after availing this service and before filing a person
has moved to Delhi, and wants to avail face to face consultancy
including us personally preparing his file and personally visiting
with him to VFS, he/she can do so after paying the balance amount.
The individual CANNOT claim face to face consultancy JUST BASED ON
the fact that his/her situation has changed and he is in city where
our office is located. This is done to be fair to our local clients
which are offered face to face service.
5. In case of cheques, clearance based payments
- any case specific advice will ONLY be provided once the
payment has cleared.
6. All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
The above is only a gist of a proper agreement which
governs the terms between us and our client - the complete agreement
can be detailed on request.
